The production is backed up by, well equipped most modern tool room, METROLOGICAL AND METALLURGICAL laboratory, utilizing CNC TURNING AND MACHINING CENTERS, with most sophisticated CAMLESS PROFILE TURNING CNC machines.

The company has more than 400 types of pistons developed, with most recent technologies of producing, alfin pistons with hard anodized combustion chamber, crown cooling gallery, invar steel struts, mono metal and bushing in the gudgeon  pin hole. Liners are centrifugally cast, CNC machined and plateau honed. Rings are individually cast in special material with optimum mechanical properties apart from regular cast iron.

 Besides hydro power, the Company has gensets employing natural gas for power generation and foundry raw material melting. Electric resistance furnaces for molten metal ensuring ecofriendly working atmosphere.
